CfC: to publish a Last Call “Polyglot Markup” Working Draft

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish as a second Last Call Working Draft of the following “Polyglot Markup” specification:

This document is recommending a three week period for the second Last Call of this specification.

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday January 28, this resolution will carry.
