Fwd: Resolution (a11yTF) Re: Call for Consensus - Work Statement

The HTML Accessibility Task Force has resolved in favour of adopting the  
Work statement proposal as below, and we request that the HTML and PF WGs  
adopt it.

With no objection, support, and having passed before in a very similar
form, this proposition is now a resolution of the HTML Accessibility Task
Force.
