No one has volunteered to edit the HTML Microdata specification as per the call for volunteers in [1]. Therefore, the HTML WG hereby resolves that the HTML WG cannot productively carry this work any further per section 7.5 [2] of the W3C Process and that the HTML Microdata document described in [3] will be published as a WG Note.
