Re: A11Y-related CR bug discussion at HTML WG F2F

Hi, Paul:

Thank you for the a11y related agenda items of interest to the HTML F2F.
Thank you also for seeking a good time when Steve might possibly join by
telephone.

Regretably, there are others I think we might want in some of this
discussion who are in north America, and for whom morning times are
better than afternoon times.

Also, there are some additional items PF would like to address with the
HTML-WG that I would like to add to your list:

1.)	How do we understand and work with Thank you for the a11y

agenda in one time slot, or even during this particular F2F.

You had previously asked for a report to the WG on the status of the
TF's Image Description specification (longdesc). Is that still desired?

Also, PF would like to raise a discussion of DOM4 vs. the continuing
development of DOM3 in Web Apps. How do we approach what at firs blush
appear to be competing specs?

And we should probably discuss moving to conclusion on the edits to Sec.
4.8.1.1 now in the 5.1 spec, wich the TF expects to be back ported to
5.0.

Lastly, I see a question has arisen re Canvas 2d that may be better
resolved on the 21st at the upcoming TF telecon.

This is the more complete list of items, afaik. Needless to say, I'm
concerned not to overly impede IndieUI. Yet, we should look to make
progress during the F2F, where we can.

The HTML WG Editors and Chairs would like to have a discussion of the A11Y-related CR bugs at the HTML WG F2F this week in Shenzhen. I know that many A11Y TF members that are in Shenzhen are attending the Indie UI WG meeting on Thu and Fri.
