WG Decision to publish a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) of DOM4

No one objected to the Call for Consensus (CfC) [1] to publish a first public working draft (FPWD) of W3C DOM4.  In addition no one objected to using the CC-By license for this document.



Therefore, the HTML WG hereby resolves to publish the following document as the first public working draft (FPWD) of W3C DOM4:
