CfC: to publish a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) of DOM4

This is Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish a first public working draft (FPWD) of W3C DOM4 :

Note that DOM4 was added to the HTML WG scope in the recently revised WG charter [1].



This working draft will replace the existing W3C Working Draft at [2].  This specification will be labeled as a FPWD since this publication will invoke a Call for Exclusions for current  HTML WG members [3].



Given that the Editors are proposing to use the CC-By license which is newly approved by out revised charter, here are a few relevant links:

If anyone needs an extension (for example, to evaluate the licensing) feel free to request one, and specify both a reason for the request and how long you feel you need.



Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Tuesday Nov 5, this resolution will carry.
