CfC: to publish two revised heartbeat Working Drafts

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish the following two revised heartbeat [1] Working Drafts:



1.       Using WAI-ARIA in HTML

2.       Public Identifiers for entity resolution in XHTML

Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Wed Aug 21, this resolution will carry.
