We have had people who were not supposed to be on the call mis-using the dialout facility. This canbe very expensive. The task force call has been changed so that it will not start until the "host" has joined; in addition people using teh Web interface will need a new password to connect. I know this is a pain, especially as I'm not always available. Is there someone else who is often on the calls and who uses the Web interface, who is willing to start the meeting when I'm not there? (you just have to dial in as normal using Webex and the meeting will start). Otherwise, when I'm not available we will have to cancel the call. We are looking into possible alternatives to webex, but most do not provide a dial out facility. Thanks, Liam -- Liam R. E. Quin <liam@w3.org> The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
