RE: alt techniques (WAS: Thursday teleconf agenda)

The bugs on the Alt techniques document appear to be spread out over two components.  See the following three filed by Shane:

Since we are note track, there is no "CR" version of this Note.  So let's categorize these into the LC1 alt techniques category?  Just so there is no confusion.
