Date pickers

Hi,

date pickers aren't actually in the work items Call for Consensus. Apart from anything else, there doesn't seem to be a concrete proposal, just a recognition that there are problems. There are several proposals mooted for keyboard, and at least draft specs for most of the other items under consideration.

But I have done some editing on top of the original stuff put up by Léonie - problems, use cases (some are still missing) and requirements. Feedback will be greatly appreciated…
