Using ARIA in HTML ready for heartbeat publication

Hi all,
am requesting a heartbeat publication of Using ARIA in HTML
http://w3c.github.io/aria-in-html/

Under the new HTML WG process no CFC is needed from the HTML WG to publish
a heartbeat, so only needs to go through whatever process the taskforce
requires.
