Re: Call For Consensus: HTML Image Description Extension new Public Working Draft

With strong support and no dissent, this proposal is a resolution. I
therefore request on behalf the Task Force that the chairs of the HTML  
(cc'ed)
and PF (Janina, who already gets this mail) Working Groups begin the  
process
of publishing within their respective groups.
