https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=21341 has been open since  
March.

Note also  
http://htmlwg.org/heartbeat-201305/diff/Overview.html#obsolete-attributes  
which I presume is a consequence. But then, that draft has all kinds of  
small errors.

This is not a shining example of careful work. But given that the bug is  
listed as one that will be fixed, and expecting that there is still a long  
time between here and requesting a transition from CR, I am OK with  
publishing the updates as is and waiting for the bugfixes to happen before  
any actual transition request.
