Chaals, Here’s a quick overview of the wiki, and some suggested updates. The headline is that most of the content is between six months and three years out of date. Media sub-group http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Media_Sub-Group Last updated November 2010. Content (and corresponding references on the wiki homepage) needs reviewing. Most sections appear out of date. Text Alternatives http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Text_Alternatives Last updated September 2012. Contains references to closed tracker issues such as 30, 31 and 80. Accessibility change proposals http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Accessibility_Change_Proposals Last updated February 2010. Content (and corresponding section of the wiki homepage) needs reviewing. Suspect most content is out of date. Meetings Section of the wiki homepage needs updating. Still includes references to F2F meetings from 2010 and 2011, but not recent meetings. Meetings > teleconferences http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Meetings Last updated September 2010. Content needs updating. Missing surveys after 2011. HTML5 spec > 2011 review http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Spec_Review Last updated August 2011. Content needs reviewing and/or archiving. May still be relevant? Having explored the wiki more fully than before, some housekeeping suggestions... There is no consistency across the sub-group areas of the wiki. It would make sense for each sub-group to present the same types of information (meeting logistics, facilitator details, minutes etc.). The homepage could do with restructuring to better reflect our current activities. Off the top of my head I’d suggest the following sections (with corresponding areas of the wiki where appropriate)… Introduction (to the TF wiki). Meetings (key info, links to minutes etc.) Actions (link to tracker and/or list of overdue actions). Sub-groups (links to sub-group areas). Specifications (links to HTML5.0, 5.1 etc.) Extensions (links to extensions championed by the TF). Tools (links to mailing list, surveys etc.) Would suggest moving the policies and founding documents, and participation information to the TF homepage? This may not be appropriate though. Léonie. Carpe diem.
