Did this CfC pass? If so, should the matter be passed on to the HTML WG? /paulc Paul Cotton, Microsoft Canada 17 Eleanor Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2E 6A3 Tel: (425) 705-9596 Fax: (425) 936-7329 From: John Foliot [mailto:john@foliot.ca] Sent: Thursday, December 13, 2012 11:34 AM To: 'Steve Faulkner'; 'HTML Accessibility Task Force' Subject: RE: CFC to publish Using ARIA in HTML as a First public working draft (reply by Wednesday Dec 19) I support this proposal. JF From: Steve Faulkner [mailto:faulkner.steve@gmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, December 12, 2012 12:17 PM To: HTML Accessibility Task Force Subject: CFC to publish Using ARIA in HTML as a First public working draft (reply by Wednesday Dec 19) This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to publish as a First Public Working Draft (FPWD) the following ARIA in HTML document: http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/aria-unofficial/raw-file/tip/index.html Silence will be taken to mean there is no objection, but positive responses are encouraged. If there are no objections by Wednesday Dec 19, 23.59 EST, this resolution will carry. Considerations to note: - As a First Public Working Draft, this publication will trigger patent policy review. - As a Working Draft publication, the document does not need not be complete, to meet all technical requirements, or to have consensus on the contents. Note that CFCs for publication of this document are also being carried out in the HTML WG and the PF WG to expedite processing of this matter. On Behalf of the Accessibility Task force Chairs Janina, Chaals and Steve -- with regards Steve Faulkner Technical Director - TPG
