Hi Dave,

I agree that the example is problematic, and agree it should change, but as
the CFC states

" the document does not need not be complete, to meet all technical
requirements, or to have consensus on the contents."

and we are not even at the stage of it being a FPWD, so there is plenty of
time to work on such issues.
