The phrase "Displayed over the video." is ambiguous and unclear. For example,
this sentence is displayed over the next paragraph.
This sentence is displayed under the previous sentence.
PROBLEM BEING FIXED:
The request brings editorial clarity and removes editor ambiguity - over, in
the context of captions or subtitles, refers to an overlay on top of the video
region, and not physically over the video region.
