Hi Judy,

Standing regrets, due to a recurring work conflict. However, if things
go well I may be able to call in for a few minutes at the end of the
meeting.

Jonas has not answered Janina [1] yet. The current thread [2] seems to
be the same type of discussion that as has transpired over the past
four years [3].

Recent discussion on WHATWG IRC [4]:
