A backlog of 13 a11y bugs on the HTML5 Spec await task force decision
of whether to apply the a11ytf keyword or not.

Ian's Rationale: "I've exposed the union of what Ogg and WebM
currently expose, minus the stuff in Ogg that seemed rather
pie-in-the-sky ("audio/music", "audio/speech", and "audio/sfx")."

of Focus Ring tracking" reported by Rich Schwerdtfeger.
Ian reset this bug to NEW in comment 21 saying "So I started doing as
suggested in comment 20, and basically guess at what changes I had to
make, but I still couldn't do it. There are a number of changes in [1]
that are simply unsupported by the CP and not mentioned by the
decision [2], and which seem to me to be either unintentional mistakes
or simply nonsensical. For example..."
