Media: Ancillary Content Redux

In our User Requirements, Sec. 2.5 Content navigation by content
structure:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Media_Accessibility_Requirements#Content_navigation_by_content_structure

We have a subsection titled: "Navigating ancillary content." You may
recall we had some difficulty coming to a clear definition of
"ancillary content."

Well, Eureka! At the Open Subtitles Conference in New York City last
week, I was introduced to the Mozilla Popcorn javascript library and API
for annotating video with such "ancillary content" as geolocation data,
a filmed participant's Twitter or Facebook URI, etc., etc.

So, here we are--actual HTML 5, media based ancillary content.

I propose a native media example is important to capture in our User
Requirements. Therefore ...

SUGGESTED EDITS

1.)	In the first paragraph of the "Navigating ancillary content"
subsection, edit the beginning of the fourth sentence to read:

"A familiar example from book publishing is a footnote or sidebar ..."

2.)	Add a new paragraph immediately above the next subsection which
is titled: "Additional note" as follows:

One current HTML 5 media-based example of ancillary content is the Mozilla
Popcorn Javascript library and API which can be further explored at the
following three URIs:
