FW: ISSUE-134 (tab-states): Provide tablist and tab states for menu and command elements respectively

See http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10831#c4

"The bug-triage sub team decided to add the a11yTF keyword. @Everett, could you
please provide a use-case to explain the tablist-role of a menu or command
element?"

The Accessibility issue review session at the Lyon F2F meeting asked me to bring the above request for a use-case for ISSUE-134 to your attention.

Could you let the A11Y Facilitators know if you can provide this use-case?
