Clear audio would require that the spoken content is on its own, separate audio track. So it really has to be done during content production. I suppose it's theoretically possible to filter out remaining audio--kind of a karaoke filter in reverse. But, I can't imagine that wouldn't retain artifacts, and defeat the core requirement of clear audio. Time scale mod is only done on the user side, in real time. You would want to be able to adjust it--a tad faster or a tad slower--to get a comfortable rate. Each content work might be handled at a different mod rate. Structural nav points can also be assigned after the fact, though if there's significant granularity, it's much easier to put them in during production. So, now I'm talking myself into possibly changing my mind. Struct nav points have to be listed somehow in some file associated with the content--whether provided by original author or some third party. So, I'm not so sure anymore it's a control. Jim?? Kenny?
