Hi Ian, > Since none of those have been rejected, why are we looking at change > proposals already? Because the HTML WG Chairs have asked for change proposals for Issue 31. HTML Tracker Issue 31 was opened before the HTML WG Decision Policy was put in place. The Full History of Issue 31: http://esw.w3.org/topic/HTML/IssueAltAttribute Accessibility Change Proposal Status: http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Accessibility_Change_Proposal_Status Some change proposals in the table don't have bugs because they too predate the Decision Policy.
