Re: Is the summary survey still open?

Maciej's response into the survey was received on 26 February at 01:30
UTC. However, that is still 25 February in North America Eastern Time,
which is the time zone the tool used, so it was still open at that time.
I don't have the ability to change the time zone. I also don't have the
ability to provide a precise closing time, such as just before the task
force teleconference, so responses can come in after the teleconference
even though they're less likely to be looked at closely in that case.
