We have a very active email thread on this, see http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-a11y/2010Dec/0063.html . I think we are slowly getting to the stage where it is possible to write a proposal for a solution. The 8th December will be too early to have had an agreement within the TF though. Regards, Silvia.
