Correct.  I sent a CfC to the HME WG on this yesterday.  We can update the issues when we get the CfC results.

Since I don't want to unilaterally make updates to #69/#76 per our editors meeting without knowing all the AIs (and CfC is needed IIUC), I believe we decided that the VideoPlaybackQuality object (and getVideoPlaybackQuality() method) need to be marked at-risk, and #69 and #76 updated to indicate the at-risk update, and a CfC/CR re-entry. Paul, how do you want to coordinate this work?
