Given that there are no outstanding MSE V1 issues [1] (except related to the MSE registry [2]), are we ready for Philippe to prepare a draft MSE Proposed Recommendation so that it can be ready for a HME WG CfC? Do the Editors also want Philippe to create a MSE VNext branch [3] so they can a) add back in the removed at risk features and/or b) continue working on VNext issues?
