I think I'm missing some context. I don't understand how this is related to
w3c/media-source#83 or what the workaround is. It's also not clear whether
a ReSpec bug has been filed. I can fix the majority of the problems by
breaking the attribute markup, but fixing this will likely require a ReSpec
fix.

This is assigned to Philippe and appears to be related to the publishing
flow since I couldn't reproduce it locally.
