Hotel Primer SPARQL updates

Harry and I have been working on correcting the Guitar review to the
Hotel Reviews. Attached are the SPARQL queries to dynamically limit
the Review results to only hotels that have been rated greater than 2
stars. Then the next restriction is to hotels that are rated at higher
than 2 stars and is located in Edinburgh. The final SPARQL query is to
limit the hotels to greater than 2 stars, in Edinburgh and has been
reviewed by a trusted list of friends.

Attached are the SPARQL queries and links to them in action.

Before they are put into the Primer, the last steps are to convert the
FROM URI from the static rdf files to the HTML files[1,2] with the
GRDDL transform. Then some minor clean-up in the wording of the text
and that should be about it.

I believe Harry has already checked-in the XSLT that does the
transformations[3], but it still needs some clean-up before it is
ready.
