Thanks Dan, I'm entirely happy with the way you've dealt with my comments.

Harry - it'll probably be tomorrow before I get reviews of the other
drafts to you, but having skimmed I'm pretty confident they're ready
to go, and don't anticipate a large number of editorial suggestions.
