'need' is a strong word, but in today's informal telcon, Brian,
Murray and I agreed it's better to use musicbrainz, where
the publisher knows about RDF.
The example I'm working on now is:
<rdf:Description rdf:about="">
<dc:title>Are You Experienced</dc:title>
<maker
rdf:resource="http://musicbrainz.org/mm-2.1/artist/33b3c323-77c2-417c-a5b4-af7e6a111cc9"/>
</rdf:Description>
I updated the test materials; I'm working on the spec.
