Thanks Fadi and Boris - I am really happy to see the localised labels 
and even more kudos to Boris for including the comments too.

Questions:

@Ghislain - should we wait for your French translations or go ahead and 
publish this now?

@Boris, @Fadi, @Ghislain - do you have foaf files we can point to?

@John - same question - it would be good to point to people's URIs ;-)

@Hadley, @Bernadette, @Sandro - any comments on this? IMO we can put 
this in place now (we can always amend it as long as we're careful).

@Fadi - what are the chances of you having time to provide the comments 
in Arabic too? (These can be added later, it doesn't need to be a show 
stopper).

@Diederik - we're keen to know what you're using DCAT for and to gather 
information on your implementation experience.
