Confirming numbers for in-person attendance at W3C GLD WG F2F3

Hi GLDers,
As you know, we are holding our final F2F meeting coincident with the European Data Forum in April.  The EDF will be held 9-10 April 2013. [1]   Our final F2F before the charter expires is scheduled for Thursday & Friday 11-12 April 2013. 

Updated details on the F2F3 are here. [2]  If you want to add/change something, this is a draft agenda & we're open!!  This will be our last time as a charted WG to sit down, hash out the remaining comments/feedback and get it integrated so we can complete the W3C rec track & WG Note process for our many deliverables.  

About 16 people indicated "in person" attendance, a handful are on the fence.[3]

Seven people said they could attend remotely.  Given that I'm an overseas guest at the Croke Park venue, I don't know that we'll be able to guarantee vis a vis remote telecon, I've sent an email to Deirdre & the W3C staff contacts to see what we can arrange.

If planning to participate, please take the time to confirm your attendance on the Participants wiki page (below) so we can advise our host.  

To those attending in person, there is an option for coffee/tea 2x/day for the venue but we have to pay for it.  Would people prefer to get their own beverages at the cafeteria or would you be willing to pay a flat fee of about €10-15 to have it provided 'in room'.  Also, we'll be able to get sandwiches or hot lunch in the cafeteria of the Croke Park facility.
