DCAT Last Call issues: Category and Category Scheme

Two issues with the Class: Category and category scheme
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-vocab-dcat-20130312/#class-category-and-ca
tegory-scheme).

 

1.       These seem to seem to be defined as a composite class,
implemented as 'skos:ConceptScheme, skos:Concept'. These are actually
two classes (Category=skos:Concept and Category
Scheme=skos:ConceptScheme). Maybe this is just shorthand in the
specification, but it could be clearer if they were presented
separately.

 

2.       Could they be called Concept and Concept Scheme? That would
make their relationship to the SKOS classes more obvious. If they had
the same name, it could make the work of translators easier.
