Note the time (Re: W3C GLD WG meeting Thursday 07-Mar-2013 - Agenda)

Just a warning, the meeting is an hour earlier than normal for anyone 
outside the US. So the timing is actually 14:00 UTC/15:00 CET.

The same applies next week and then Europe shifts to daylight saving time.
