BP - Pending Actions

Hi all

According to the tracker [1] there are some pending actions on the BP
document.
I updated the BP document including the section: 5 stars - ld vocabulary,
latest version here [2]. So I think we can close ACTION 86, after your
revision of course.

Regarding ACTION 87 and 88, I think we can close those actions too.
