Presentation of Tabels at WG meeting

Hello Thomas, Bernadette,

As announced a few weeks ago [1] (thanks Richard), my colleagues at CTIC
have developed a tool called Tabels, an easy-to-use tool to transform and
publish tabular information in linked data. I think knowing this tool may
be useful for the group and some people is interested in it.

May we have a slot in the next meeting agenda to make a 5-minute
presentation to explain how it works? Luis and Alfonso [CCed] are the
semantic guys who developed the tool. They will provide more information
about it.
