As discussed in today's meeting, I've reformatted the draft agenda to
give room for people to add their names to lead various sections:

Please do that soon.  Please also add pointers to relevant materials.

I imagine we'll shift things around some more, as the details become
clear.   (I think we'll want more break times in there, too.)
