As long dcterms:format is used, the dcat:Feed subclass doesn't seem to 
address anything unique where dcat:Distribution wouldn't be sufficient. 
dcat:WebService types on the other hand probably requires more 
information. Would it make sense to introduce a new property for 
dcat:Distribution which addresses those things (once identified) and 
eliminate all the subclasses of dcat:Distribution?
