W3C GLD WG Thur 22-Sept-2011

Hi GLDers,
We'll have our weekly GLD WG telecon this Thursday 22-Sept-2011 14:00-15:00 UTC (10:00-11:00 Boston, 7:00-8:00 San Francisco, 15:00-16:00 London, 16:00-17:00 Paris).

Please familiarize yourself with Scribe manual [3] if you haven't scribed before or in a long time.  Thanks.   

New!! Scribe "short sheet" --  I've combined my notes on scribing and put together the "must have info" on starting ("Scribe's Pre-Meeting Checklist) and concluding a meeting ("Scribe's End of Meeting Checklist").  It is now part of the Agenda so you don't have to switch tabs.  

Boris - Please try it out and confirm these steps are clear and work.  TIA.
 
Preparation for the WG Call -- If you have volunteered for one of the Task Forces responsible for a Deliverable, I encourage you to please to review the associated "Summary" page and update with your latest discussions and/or findings, and ensure that someone is prepared to discuss questions/progress/needs your task force may have.  

We have a large working group and everyone's time is valuable.  Please help make our hour productive by reviewing the Agenda and each of the three "Summary" pages in advance.  Please use the telecon for discussion and exchange.  We are here to help each other.

Housekeeping/Admin:
 
* We need to update the Scribes [4] page.
* If you know you'll be away, please update Regrets [5] page (especially if you’re designated as a scribe for some meeting). 
* Participants that have recently joined the GLD WG, we encourage you to add your contact details so people can connect with you [6].
