The chairs and I are trying to finalize the agenda for the first
Face-to-Face meeting of the this Working Group, which is one week from
today. We'll be sending out more email shortly. At this point, could
you please make sure you have filled out the scheduling survey, and that
your results are still accurate? (You should be able to update them and
resubmit.)

All of you are already in the group, so the answer to the first question
doesn't matter. But we'll be looking at the telecon time answers
shortly, and we'll be using your answers to the third question three to
make sure we have enough seats in the room and your name is on the list
at the guard desk, so you can get into the building.
