No GLD WG mtg Thu 7/14

Hi GLD members,

Bernadette and I are both unavailable to chair our recurring Thu 10-11am ET meeting this Thu 7/14, so we're cancelling this meeting, and resume the following Thu 7/21.

Note our meeting regrets page [1] which lists upcoming meetings, and please enter your name there, whenever you know you won't be able to participate (vacations and/or other conflicts). We're using the practice of other working groups and have pre-assigned scribes [2] for upcoming meetings, based on rotating members and Regrets per meeting.
