Hello Geolocation folks, I'm happy to say that a draft of the Geolocation charter is now available [1], thanks for your patience. Some details remain unanswered: who will chair, workshops we may wish to hold, etc, and whatever else we may determine needs tweaking. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated, either here on this list or to myself directly. Over the next few days, I'll collect and apply feedback, as well as detail the next steps.
