Re: [filter-effects] Color clamping of intermediate filter primitive results

How about we say that, in the CSS shorthand, color channel values are
clamped after every filter primitive, except after any of { grayscale,
sepia, saturate, hue-rotate, invert, opacity, brightness, contrast } when
followed by one of { grayscale, sepia, saturate, hue-rotate, invert,
opacity, brightness, contrast }?
