Could we handle this ASAP?

I was doing some work on the spec and was couldn't find the section about the focus in the static context of an XPath expression. Apparently Erik Bruchez deleted this on 2011-08-31 (FtF meeting at Xerox if I'm not mistaking).  http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/index.php?title=XForms_2.0&diff=3007&oldid=3003

Is this intentionally? And if so we definitely need to say something about the evaluation context, focus and references, dependencies, ...
