I added Attribute value template support to the XForms 2.0 specification. Could you please review this.
I made the following changes:
* Added section 'Attribute Value Templates' http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/wiki/XForms_2.0#Attribute_Value_Templates
* Annotated all attributes that don't support AVTs
* Added 'and Their Content (after AVT evaluation)' to the headings of the attributes table column
* Deprecated all dynamic value child elements (e.g.: targeted, name, resource, …)
