Please update home page Schedule of Deliverables

Hi Steven,

The schedule deliverables on the home page is very far out of date.
It does not reflect WG decisions to scratch XForms for HTML and XForms 
1.2.
The dates for XForms 2.0 need to be thoroughly revised.
