I posted this in the IRC last week, but for the record: "Seneca BV implementeert momenteel de XForms W3C standaard in het CMS Smartsite iXperion. " (Seneca is implementing the W3C XForms standard at the moment in the CMS Smartsite iXperion) http://www.seneca.nl/pub/Vacatures/Stage-Xforms-web-formulieren-developer.html Their website is all in Dutch, so they clearly they are aiming only at the Dutch market, with government being a central area.
