OK, but in lieu, do you think you could comment as an implementer on adjust-dateTime-to-timezone() behavior? Curious whether your implementation will attach proper timezone based on whether daylight savings time is in effect during the date portion of the input? For example, in pacific time zone, 2011-12-12T12:12:12 with no tz should become 2011-12-12T12:12:12-08:00, even if *right now* the processor would think the timezone is -07:00. Similarly, 2011-05-05T12:12:12 should become 2011-05-05T12:12:12-07:00 regardless of the current moment of time. Likewise, if such dates do have a timezone in the input, then the timezone should be adjusted according to what the timezone will be in the current locale as of the date component of the input parameter. Is this how your implementation works now? Also, could you comment whether you have any interest in how the JSON conversion works? Thanks, John M.
