Revisions for 4 tests in Chapter 5

Dear Forms WG,

There are four tests for datatype conformance, 5.1.a, 5.1.c, 5.2.1.a and
5.2.1.c, that use the upload control to bind to hexBinary and base64Binary
datatypes. For the latter three of these tests, we currently only have
one passing implementation. The additional passes needed to allow XForms
1.1 to advance can be obtained from the Ubiquity XForms engine provided
those uploads are changed to output controls. This allows us to
demonstrate adherence to the recognition of valid versus invalid datatypes
for all datatypes in these forms without running afoul of the fact that we
don't happen to have an upload control at the moment.

For reference, attached are the four revised tests from the Ubiquity
XForms repository. The testing framework markup around the XForms content
is slightly modified when we import the the W3C tests (e.g. we switch to
using xhtml as the default namespace and we add our script tag), so these
attachments are for reference in amending the W3C tests, rather than
simple replacement of those tests

We propose changing upload to output in these tests, as the use of upload
makes the tests artificially complex with respect to the goal of showing
implementability of support for datatype validity.
